Qualifying for Replacement, Return, or Refund:

Your purchase qualifies for replacement, return, or refund if:

  1. The product itself is flawed.
  2. You received the wrong product (size, color, etc.).
  3. The final product significantly differs from the product presented on the order screen.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display

Initiating Replacement or Refund:

If your purchase meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 7 business days. We will process a replacement at no additional cost to you once the issue is verified. Pictures of the affected item(s) are usually required, so please retain the order and packaging until the review is completed. Provide the following information:

  • Your order number and the email address used for shipping.
  • Photo(s) of the affected item(s), including a full view and any details aiding in issue identification.
  • Full delivery address
  • Any other pertinent information.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund:

Your order qualifies for replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Your order isn’t successfully delivered within 30 business days but no later than 45 business days from the order placement date.
  • Your order exhibits inadequate quality.

Non-Acceptance of Returns or Refunds:

We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:

  • The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you changed your mind.
  • Your return request hasn’t been reviewed and approved by our team.
  • The item(s) have been worn, washed, altered, or lack original tags.
  • The item(s) were a “Final Sale” during specific promotional periods.
  • There was incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Our customer service department will assess your request and assist with a replacement or refund if warranted. No return of items is required under any circumstances without our prior request.
